Ukumary is a venture focused on the production of haute cuisine chocolates and desserts rescuing artisanal preparations. One of its main characteristics is the work with Ecuadorian products.
Ukumary comes from the Quechua word «ukumari» which means Andean bear. For this reason, we take the bear as the main graphic symbol in the development of the brand identity. We also try to transmit the exclusivity of its products and the elegance related to haute cuisine desserts.
